Just two words to describe Carrie and our home buying experience with her, "The Best" enough said!Martino DeStefano
Carrie is friendlier than another lender option that we looked into. Her professional made for a smooth, seamless experience on more than one occasion.Sandra Shinabarger
World class service! Carrie and her team are top notch. I have used NFCU for decades and Revolution crushes them on managing the loan process. WELL WORTH THE FEW EXTRA PENNIES A MONTH!!!!!!Frank Fuller
Carrie is fantastic. A few years back she helped me refinance my little beach bungalow and we got an amazing rate. There were no hiccups and it was super easy. She also recently helped me calculate a payment to pay the most on my mortgage so I can pay it off in half the time. She took the time to help me even with her busy schedule. I feel so much better about my home investment having her looking out. Picture below shows how happy the pups are…Thanks, Carrie!L. Patrick

TheMortgage Process
Step 1:
Apply.
Easily apply for a loan online, using our app or speak with a licensed loan officer to apply in-person or over the phone. You'll need to provide basic information about the property, your income/assets, and information about your current loan (if you're refinancing).
Step 2:
Pre-Approval.
Your licensed loan officer will review your loan application to determine if you're pre-approved for a loan. Once your loan is pre-approved, you can compare loan programs, rates, and terms.
Step 3:
Locking Your Rates.
Let's get locking! Usually, rates are locked in for 30 to 60 days or enough time to close your loan. You'll receive a Loan Estimate to review, which will contain estimated costs/fees, interest rate and terms of the loan prior to locking in your rates.
Step 4:
Sign & Close.
The loan process from signing the Loan Estimate to closing typically takes on average 22 days. This time frame may vary depending on your specific loan situation. After the underwriter deems your file as officially cleared to close, we’ll schedule a time to close and see you at the closing table!
